– For the Oliver Wyman Journal, wrote "Cars that People Want to Buy."

– Interviewed Keane Ltd's SAP expert and conducted research to write a white paper on SAP best practices.

– Collaborated with subject matter experts at Deloitte & Touche LLP to produce "Risk in the Strategic Planning Process," which was published in Business Performance Management magazine. Also wrote "Enterprise Risk Management in Uncertain Times" and "Risk Management's Chief Audit Executive," which were published on the website of the International Risk Management Institute.

– To promote Harvard Business School's Executive Education programs, write copy for the quarterly HBS Executive Education Updates newsletter. Here's the  latest issue.

– Working from research reports and presentations, ghostwrote article on intangible assets, which was published in Optimize magazine.

Collaborated with Babson Executive Education faculty to draft research report on how different cultures filter knowledge.

– Performed research and wrote reports and meeting summaries for Capgemini/Les Fontaines' Trends Consortium, which explored future trends and their implications for business. An excerpt of one trend, micropayments, has been published in Capgemini's online magazine.

– Drafted online ad for healthcare delivery programs at Harvard Business School Executive Education.

As part of Keane's focus on industry verticals, collaborated with the business process and IT services firm's experts in the public sector space. Working from existing materials, as well as interviews, drafted copy for the federal government section of Keane's website.

Interviewed founder of Italy-based energy company and wrote participant profile to promote Harvard Business School Executive Education's Owner/President Management Program.

Working from a conference presentation as well as project reports, drafted case study describing how a Cargo Routing Optimization solution designed by BiosGroup (now NuTech Solutions, Inc.) helped Southwest Airlines save millions of dollars.

Based on interviews with account lead, wrote client success story on Keane's application outsourcing work at Miller Brewing Company.

Press Releases
Drafted press release to announce fourth annual session of Harvard Business School's Executive Education program on Corporate Social Responsibility.

Interviewed consultants and account leads to generate press release announcing Keane's contract with the National Weather Service.

Brochures and Print Ads
Brainstormed with marketing manager and design firm, interviewed principals, and drafted copy for a corporate brochure for Integral, Inc. (now Analysis Group/Economics).

For Cambridge Trust Company of New Hampshire, created headline and body copy for print advertisment.

To announce Keane's sponsorship of the Star Class North America sailing championship, worked with the marketing team to develop the concept, then wrote the copy for the print advertisement.
